Champion the Wonder Horse Comic Annual

From 1952 to 1959, World Distributors published four issues of Champion the Wonder Horse Comic Annual, a tie-in to the popular television series. The annuals featured illustrated stories and activities centered on the heroic horse and his young owner, with art primarily by Mo Gollub and Morris Gollub, who brought a warm, action-oriented style to the pages. Though brief in run, these annuals captured the wholesome, adventure-loving spirit of mid-century children's entertainment.
