Marcatti's Casseta Popular ran for 53 issues from 1986 to 1992, published by Toviassú Produções Artísticas. A singular, boundary-pushing work from Brazil's underground comix scene, it was entirely written and drawn by Marcatti, whose raw, satirical style defined the series' chaotic and provocative tone.
