Captain Marvel

Though it lasted only four issues in 1966, M. F. Enterprises' Captain Marvel is a curious footnote in comics history, distinct from the more famous Marvel Comics character. Written primarily by Roger Elwood and Leo August, with art by Carl Burgos, Carl Hubbell, and Leon Francho, this series introduced a short-lived superhero who could separate his body parts.
