Cairn

In the late 1990s, Splitter launched Cairn, a two-issue comic series by writer Pierre Dubois and artist Jérôme Lereculey, with Joachim Kaps also contributing to the writing. The story follows a young boy's journey into a mystical, Celtic-inspired world of druids and ancient magic, blending folklore with a coming-of-age adventure. Though brief, the series stands out for Lereculey's lush, atmospheric artwork and Dubois's richly researched storytelling, marking a notable entry in European fantasy comics.
