C'est Bon

From 2001 to 2004, Jacob Kindstedt wrote and drew all ten issues of C'est Bon for his own C'est Bon Kultur imprint, a self-contained series of original graphic albums. The work is a deeply personal, often surreal exploration of memory, longing, and the Finnish landscape, rendered in Kindstedt’s distinctive, expressive linework. Its quiet, introspective tone and refusal to follow conventional narrative structure made it a standout in the early-2000s alternative comics scene, earning a devoted following for its singular artistic vision.
