In the late 1970s, Danish publisher Allers Forlag brought the legendary Wild West showman to comics with Buffalo Bill, a 16-issue series that ran through 1980. German adventure specialist Hansrudi Wäscher was the primary writer and a frequent artist, joined by the painted talents of Rojo, delivering vivid, pulp-style frontier tales. Though short-lived, the series stands as a colorful European take on American Western mythology, showcasing Wäscher’s signature mix of action and historical flair.
