Bringing Up Father

IDW’s 2009–2013 revival of Bringing Up Father collects the classic newspaper strip by George McManus, with later strips drawn by Zeke Zekley. This two-issue series reprints the timeless, gag-a-day adventures of the brawling, upwardly mobile Irish-American family, preserving the lavish Art Deco style and sharp social comedy that made the strip a landmark. It matters as a faithful tribute to one of the most popular and influential comic strips of the 20th century.
