Border Worlds

Don Simpson’s Border Worlds (1986–1987) was a seven-issue sci-fi series from Kitchen Sink Press, blending satirical humor with off-kilter cosmic adventure. Simpson wrote and drew the entire run, crafting a self-contained story about a misfit crew navigating a bizarre, politically charged frontier. Its scrappy, indie energy and Simpson’s distinctive cartooning make it a cult artifact of mid-80s alternative comics.
