Black Hammer

In 2016, Jeff Lemire and artists Dean Ormston and David Rubín launched Black Hammer for Dark Horse Comics, a superhero saga that upends the genre by stranding its heroes on a mysterious, inescapable farm. The series follows a group of Golden Age-style champions who, after saving the universe, find themselves trapped in a bizarre small-town reality, grappling with their lost powers and fractured identities.
