Bill of Rights

In 1958, Vital Publications released a single-issue comic simply titled Bill of Rights, a straightforward educational comic that presented the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution in illustrated form. Though it never continued beyond that one issue, it remains a notable artifact of the Cold War era, reflecting a time when comics were sometimes used as tools for civic instruction.
