Biblioteka 'Klasici stripa' - Princ Valijant

In the 1980s, the Serbian publisher Forum-Marketprint launched Biblioteka 'Klasici stripa' - Princ Valijant, a 19-issue series reprinting the legendary newspaper strip Prince Valiant. This collection brought Hal Foster's epic medieval adventure—known for its lush, painterly art and poetic captions—to a new generation of Yugoslav readers. Though a reprint series, it stands as a key cultural bridge, preserving and celebrating one of comics' most influential works for an Eastern European audience during a period of shifting political and artistic landscapes.
