Baoh

Before Hirohiko Araki created JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, he wrote and drew this short, brutal sci-fi action series for Shueisha, later collected and translated into English by Viz Media in 1989–1990. It follows a young man implanted with a parasitic organism called "Baoh," transforming him into a near-invincible weapon hunted by the sinister Doress organization. With Fred Burke handling the English adaptation, this 8-issue run serves as a raw, kinetic showcase of Araki’s early flair for dynamic posing and visceral combat.
