Javier Saltares wrote and drew this one-shot from Axis Comics, a tie-in to the Hero Illustrated magazine. It introduces a new hero into the publisher's shared universe, offering a standalone glimpse into that world. Though brief, it represents a small piece of the 1990s independent comics landscape.
