About the series
In this mid-1980s Eclipse Comics series, the galaxy’s most dangerous freelance operative, Axel Pressbutton, teams up with the enigmatic Laser Eraser and the alien Zirk for violent, surreal adventures across a dystopian space frontier. With scripts by Catherine Yronwode, Pedro Henry, and Garry Leach, and stark, expressive artwork by a young Steve Dillon alongside Leach, the six-issue run is a cult touchstone of British-influenced, punk-tinged sci-fi comics.
