Avventure del West

Set against the rugged backdrop of the American frontier, Avventure del West was a foundational Italian Western comic series published by Sergio Bonelli Editore from 1954 to 1960. Spanning 36 issues, the series is most closely associated with artist Aurelio Galleppini, whose vivid, cinematic artwork brought the grit and grandeur of the Old West to life. It helped establish the Bonelli house style and remains a key early entry in Italy's long-running love affair with the Western genre.
