Atari Force

In the mid-1980s, DC Comics published Atari Force, a 13-issue series that spun out of the video game company's promotional comic into a full-fledged space opera. Written primarily by Gerry Conway with vivid, dynamic artwork by José Luis García-López, the series followed a team of heroes—each with unique abilities—battling the cosmic threat of the Dark Destroyer.
