Asterix

Asterix (1981–present) is the continuation of the beloved French comic series originally created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, now published by Éditions Albert René. Following the death of Goscinny, Uderzo took over sole writing and art duties, producing a single volume that extends the adventures of the indomitable Gaulish warrior and his friends, maintaining the series' signature blend of historical satire and slapstick humor. This era marks a pivotal transition in the series' legacy, as it moves from its classic collaborative run to a new chapter under its surviving co-creator.
