Aquaman Album

Published by K. G. Murray from 1978 to 1980, Aquaman Album collected five issues of the Sea King’s adventures, reprinting stories from the Silver and Bronze Ages. The series drew on the talents of writers Bob Haney, David Michelinie, and Jack Miller, with art by Howard Purcell, Jim Aparo, and Jim Mooney. A digest-sized showcase, it offered Australian readers a concentrated dose of Aquaman’s undersea exploits during a period when the character was a steady presence in DC’s lineup.
