Apache

In the early 1980s, the Spanish publisher Semic launched Apache, a 26-issue series that brought a gritty, European-flavored take on the classic Western genre to newsstands. With interiors largely handled by the artist known as "malt" and covers by Rafael Cortiella, the series focused on the titular Native American protagonist navigating a harsh frontier world.
