Animal Parade

A short-lived but fondly remembered French series from Editions Lug, Animal Parade ran for 20 issues in the early 1970s. Anchored by the steady scripting of Marcel Navarro and the distinctive artwork of Jean-Yves Mitton, the series offered a unique blend of adventure and anthropomorphic fantasy. While it didn't achieve the lasting fame of Lug's more superheroic imports, it remains a curious and charming footnote for collectors of European genre comics.
