About the series
A Swedish fantasy-comedy series that began in 1985 with a single issue from the small press publisher Alvglans, Alef-Thaus äventyr is a charming, offbeat artifact of the era’s grassroots comics scene. The title character, a wizard, is the creation of writer/artist Janne Lundström, whose playful, detailed artwork and whimsical storytelling give the book its distinct personality.
