From 1996 to 1997, Carlsen Comics published an eight-issue German Akte X comic series, adapting the eerie, paranormal cases of the television phenomenon. Writers Stefan Petrucha and Uwe Anton, alongside artist Charles Adlard, brought the show's signature blend of conspiracy and supernatural horror to the page. While a licensed tie-in, this run stands as an early, distinctive European take on the franchise, capturing the tense, moody atmosphere that made the series a cultural touchstone.
