Action Super Comic

From 1976, Gevacur’s Action Super Comic ran for three issues, a short-lived Spanish anthology series that brought together some of the era’s most distinctive European comic talents. Esteban Maroto, Jesús Flores Thies, Adolfo Usero, and Carlos Giménez contributed stories across its brief run, offering a snapshot of the bold, genre-spanning work emerging from Spanish studios in the mid-1970s. Though it didn’t last long, the series is a compact showcase for the moody, dynamic illustration and adventurous storytelling that defined this creative circle.
