About the series
A-Force (2015–2017) was Marvel’s first all-female Avengers team, launched during the 2015 "Secret Wars" event and continuing into the main Marvel Universe. Written primarily by G. Willow Wilson, Kelly Thompson, and Marguerite Bennett, with art by Jorge Molina, Ben Caldwell, and John Buscema, the series spotlighted a rotating cast of heroines led by She-Hulk, Dazzler, and Captain Marvel. Though its initial run was brief at three issues, it marked a significant step in Marvel’s commitment to female-led superhero storytelling.
