47:an Löken [julalbum]

Lennart Elworth single-handedly created and drew this Swedish Christmas annual series for Serieförlaget over a decade, from 1987 to 1996. Each of the ten issues follows the gentle, whimsical adventures of a boy named 47:an Löken, whose name is a playful numerical pun. Elworth’s warm, detailed artwork and lighthearted storytelling made this a cozy seasonal staple for young readers in the late 80s and early 90s.
