In the late '90s and early 2000s, Dark Horse brought Yuzo Takada's supernatural manga 3x3 Eyes to English-speaking readers across a ten-issue run. The series follows the immortal, three-eyed Sanjiyan Unkara and her human companion, Yakumo, as they navigate a world of ancient magic and monstrous threats. Adapted by Toren Smith and Hisashi Kotobuki, with Takada's distinctive art, this translation introduced Western audiences to a seminal work of dark fantasy and action.
