"The Comet" #35 is an all-star comic fortnightly featuring multiple stories. "Jungle Lord" follows Dick, Bibi, Zorina, and the Zamba through the jungle, where Dick battles a fierce leopard and encounters a ghostly apparition that attacks Bibi and the native guards. "Round the World in the Flying Fish" shows Jack and Jill discovering an unusual leather wallet bearing the name of a planet called Konus, prompting their Uncle Bob to help them investigate; they are subsequently attacked by a giant carnivorous plant with powerful tentacles. The issue also includes "Out of Doors" (covering sea creatures like whales and porpoises), "The Patriot," educational features, a Pen Friend Club, and miscellaneous puzzles and informational content.
