The Avenger #4 (1955)

The Avenger confronts communist spies operating in Empire City. After learning that a group calling themselves "the Reds" are recruiting innocent people through deception and sowing discord, the Avenger works with local police at a special meeting to devise a strategy. Roy Farmer, a naive writer, is recruited by the communists to write propaganda articles, but the Avenger uses a miniature sending set to track Farmer's location and move in to capture the spy ring before they can execute their plans.
