This anthology issue features several stories: "Voyage to Venus" follows Joan and John with their father Professor Randall on a spaceship journey to Venus, where they face perilous encounters including dinosaurs, giant insects, and treacherous terrain before attempting rescue by their dog Rover. "Susan Star: The Girl Reporter" by Peter Halliard depicts reporter Susan on a holiday adventure with Chief Reporter Andrew McKie at a lakeside farm, where she participates in a foxhound hunt and discovers a fox near the farm. Additional stories include "Formula X," depicting espionage and adventure on water; "Transport Through the Ages," a historical overview; "Home in Happy Valley," a western narrative involving Mike and Dad Morton with Native American characters and a conflict over a diamond; and "Kindheart," a humorous comic strip, along with "Addy" and a "Cadbury's Quiz" feature.
