Sun #168 is an anthology issue featuring three main stories: "Moko the Mischievous Monk," a comic strip about a playful monkey causing chaos with balloons and other objects; "My Pal," a complete adventure story in which two boys named Ned and Wagger encounter an old fisherman and his dog while exploring by a river, discovering a ring and encountering the mysterious Gypsy Joe; and "Tommy's Magic Whistle," a tale by Geo. E. Rochester in which a boy named Tommy Brown possesses a magical whistle that summons a genie to help him, leading to complications when he uses it to avoid returning to school. The issue also includes "The Joker's Fun Page," a reader-participation section offering pocket money prizes for submitted jokes.
