First appearance of Cora Sue Lee. Spunky avoids an invitation from Cora Sue because he doesn't want to play with (ugh!) a girl. He says he will be busy with "injun trouble". Cora Sue disguises herself as an Indian chief looking for peace, and eventually gives Spunky a welcome kiss (from the squaws of the tribe). Later, when Spunky finds out about the ruse and realizes he got a kiss from Cora Sue, we see a lovesick Spunky sitting on his porch daydreaming.
