This issue is an anthology containing at least three stories. "The Game for the Champion-Ship" features Speed, a basketball player competing in a championship game who is injured but continues playing, ultimately winning with a final score of American Cadets 27, Escuela Nueva 23. A second story involves Ali and a professor attempting to build a better mousetrap using dynamite and T.N.T., but the experiment backfires and explodes. A third story presents a lecture on the science of firearms in London, covering historical information about firearms manufacturing during the American Civil War and detailing the invention and mechanics of Colt's famous six-shooter revolver used by Texas Rangers.
