This issue contains two stories. The main feature involves Samson helping construction workers complete a job safely while dealing with sabotage from criminals who have planted dynamite along a pipe line. In the backup story "No Tomorrow," representatives from all the world's nations converge via rocket ship for a peace conference, but a representative from the United States arrives to warn of an imminent bank heist and fire at the firehouse, leading Samson to help thwart the criminals' escape plan while protecting the firehouse from the blaze.
