Rex Allen #12 (1954)

Rex Allen competes in a rodeo riding contest against Whip Gurney, a ruthless horse trainer known for brutal treatment of his animals. When Rex discovers that Gurney has shot a prize horse belonging to Pop Adams to prevent competition, Rex must confront Gurney and recover the valuable animal.
