The Falcon, a man of many disguises, is called to Iraq by Dr. Carson to retrieve sacred wells belonging to a British company. When the Falcon arrives and joins Carson's party of Arabs, he learns that a new Arab ruler is plotting to destroy the British oilwells. After overhearing the plot, the Falcon and Carson work to thwart the attack, escaping a sabotaged car and a cliff-side ambush before reaching the oilwells. Using a clever strategy involving oil and fire, they repel the Arab forces, ultimately preventing the destruction of the British installations and bringing the conspirator to justice.
