"The Amusing Adventures of Angel and Her Merry Playmates" follows a young girl named Angel whose teacher leaves her in charge of a group of mischievous children while minding pets including Jumbo the penguin and dancing clowns, resulting in comedic chaos and destruction in the schoolroom.
