Prize Comics #7 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "The Black Owl" sees the masked hero battle Nazi fliers attempting to bomb the Capitol Dome while investigating the mysterious Whistler, who transforms into a powerful being after discovering King Arthur's legendary sword Excalibur in an ancient castle. In another story, two boys visit the zoo where they encounter a mysterious monster that subdues a lion but eventually escapes on its own. The issue includes multiple other heroes and adventures, as indicated by the character roster on the cover (Power Nelson, Frankenstein, Madame Doom, Voodoini, Captain Gallant, and others).
