Peter Wheat and his companion Beetle must battle hornet knights guarding the Grand Wizard's Wheat Field Castle. After obtaining a key from the Grand Wizard, Peter and Beetle attempt to breach the castle door, but the Grand Wizard sends his hornet knights to stop them. When the door proves too strong to break down, Peter devises an alternative plan using a rolling watermelon to create a distraction, allowing them to smash through the castle entrance with the help of Frog, though the confrontation continues.
