While searching for a monster in the ant kingdom, Peter Wheat is captured by the monster itself, and his friends—the ant guards led by Sammy Sweet—must rescue him. The ant guards discover a trap door and manage to ambush the wicked spider monster inside its lair, knocking it down repeatedly and forcing it back inside. The spider monster captures Sammy as well, threatening to stew both Peter and Sammy in a cooking pot, but the ants ultimately defeat the monster and rescue their friends.
