# Mystery Date #2 Synopsis This issue contains a dating-themed story about a young woman named Fran Pickett whose evening out takes an unexpected turn when she encounters a Fairy Godmother. After Fran's date goes awry due to social class differences, the magical Fairy Godmother intervenes by transforming her appearance and arranging transportation to a dance. However, when the Fairy Godmother discovers Fran working as a waitress at an employment agency, she uses her magic to help Fran secure a better position, ultimately revealing that practical assistance matters more than magical transformation.
