In "The Salesman," Nutty the Squirrel lands a job selling magazines to fund his college dreams, only to face relentless rejection from customers who won’t even consider a single subscription—leading to increasingly absurd offers in a comically escalating pitch. Meanwhile, Harry the Horse is forced into a grueling winter chore, trying to shovel snow while dreaming of a relaxing drive, until his homemade snow-plow goes hilariously awry.
Marmaduke Monk, a perpetually unbothered monkey, bristles at a shopkeeper’s barrage of mundane household goods, insisting he needs nothing—especially not toothpaste. When pressed on why he’d never use such a thing, he proudly declares his teeth are perfectly fine, loose-free, and fully functional.
Jo and her friends, Hal and Sal, grow restless in their quiet little pond and decide to venture downstream in search of adventure. Their journey takes a dramatic turn when they narrowly escape a waterfall and stumble upon a vast, unfamiliar pool—only to be tricked by a fake predator who reveals himself as a clever impostor.
