The issue features multiple stories. In the first, set in Cairo, a man named Effendi is coerced by Ahmed the Snake Charmer into accompanying him to a bank to steal money, with the threat that his son Bobby will be harmed if he refuses; they are pursued to an Egyptian outpost where Masterman intervenes to stop the criminals. A second story involves young Bobby returning home from his music lesson and being confronted by bullies, followed by a futuristic adventure where Masterman and companions travel via monorail rocket to the planet Doornoz, discovering its hollow interior and encountering alien beings before learning that inhabitants plan to send colonists to Earth. The final sequence shows Bobby's parents punishing him for his adventure, emphasizing that Masterman has cautioned him to use his powers only for good and justice.
