This anthology issue contains two main stories. "Deed-a-Day Danny" features a character attempting a baldness cure that goes comically awry. "Ride-away Rafferty" follows a cowboy narrating his wild adventures, including encounters with bandits, hold-ups, and a dangerous ride through a tunnel where he must evade pursuit. Additionally, "Son O' The Circus" depicts Jeff Barnaby, an orphan working at a circus, becoming entangled in a plot involving wrestling matches and schemes to steal money from circus performers, with mysterious disappearances and hidden bottles of ginger beer playing key roles in the unfolding drama.
