This is an anthology issue containing nine separate adventure and mystery stories. Featured stories include "Alias the Clock" by George E. Brenner, in which the protagonist plays games in the dark while evading police; "The Border War" by E. McD. Moore, Jr., following Yank soldier Tom Campbell's fortune-seeking exploits along the Panama border; "Red Dolan" by Joe Campbell, Jr., where young Dolan must prove his innocence; and "The Floating City" by Arthur Pinajian, in which Dick Kent is trapped by mysterious men above the clouds. Additional stories cover a Tennessee mountain feud, a Mongolian adventurer named Rat Larmon, a Western tale about a ranch beauty and a puncher, a mystery centered on a broken skull in hill cave regions, and an animal man defending his life and a girl against jungle dangers.
