Film Fun #423 is an anthology comic featuring multiple stories. "The Lively Larks of Harold Lloyd: Meeting His Match" depicts Harold Lloyd attempting to attend a football match but encountering various obstacles and misadventures with other boys, including encounters with a police officer and a water barrel. "Rolling Stones" is a multi-chapter adventure following Kent and his companions as they rescue a woman named Larola from a house belonging to the mysterious criminal Señor Miguel and the Rolling Stones gang, culminating in a shootout and narrow escape.
