Film Fun #1505 is an anthology issue featuring three comedy stories. "L. & H. Find Smoking a Fag" depicts Laurel and Hardy attempting to smoke a cigar they find, only to have it taken away repeatedly by various characters before they ultimately lose it to a stage performer named Strongarm. "Old Mother Riley" featuring Lucan & McShane follows the title character and her friends at the Cheerful Chums Club, where they set a trap for a suspicious character in Mother Riley's garden, leading to comedic chaos and a lesson learned about gossiping. "The Great George Formby" shows George Formby as a gas collector who becomes involved in a scheme with a fortune-teller and her accomplice, resulting in various comic mishaps including encounters with a shoe-horn and a gramophone. "Mystery at the Bar T X!" is a high-speed action Western starring Bill Boyd, in which Bill rides the range and becomes entangled in a conflict over a ranch involving a Texan character named Matt Ferrans.
