This anthology issue contains three comedic stories. "Laurel & Hardy" features the duo's mishaps when they attempt to hire an air taxi piloted by Olly to fly to England, resulting in a series of chaotic misadventures involving the plane and their interaction with a rajah in Bingbangbungaland. "Frank Randle" follows the titular character through a series of complications at a railway station ticket office involving various passengers and officials, including confusion over ticket types and encounters with a troublesome porter named Boswell Batts. "Bill Boyd" presents a Western adventure where the Texan Bill Boyd encounters a crook in the hills, leading to a confrontation and gunfight that tests his wits and marksmanship. "Joe E. Brown" concludes the issue with the comedian becoming entangled with a character named Monty Mugg and his associates, culminating in various slapstick situations involving money, flour, and mistaken identities.
