A story follows Betty White as she encounters a nutrition exhibit at a museum and learns about proper diet from a man named Mr. Turner. Betty's brother Bob, who has been underperforming in school and sports, is taken to view the exhibit, where Mr. Turner explains the importance of good nutrition and the seven basic food groups—including meat, poultry, fish and eggs; milk and milk products; bread, flour and cereals; butter and fortified margarine; green and yellow vegetables; oranges, tomatoes and grapefruit; and potatoes, vegetables and fruit. The story emphasizes that a balanced diet provides energy, strength, disease resistance, and improved eyesight, hearing, and teeth.
