In the shadowy world of Center City’s underworld, two brothers—Dice Jenkins and his twin, Bill—use their identical looks to pull off a string of crimes while evading capture, splitting their time between the streets and hiding indoors. When jealousy and betrayal spark between them, the fragile arrangement begins to unravel, setting off a chain of events that draws the police into a deadly game of cat and mouse.
Jake "The Bull" Van Zant, a violent bank robber known for his brutality, escapes with $30,000 after a deadly shootout, leaving his two partners dead in the hills. After evading capture and hiding out in Mesa City, he reunites with his old girlfriend Sally, only to be betrayed when she calls the police. As the authorities close in, Jake flees to his uncle’s remote desert farm, hoping to disappear—but his past catches up with him when his uncle returns and discovers his crime.
