This anthology issue contains four stories: "The Adventures of Claude Cuthbert," in which Claude and his friends attempt to secure their bicycles after learning that bikes have been stolen in the neighborhood; "The Exploits of Billy Bunter," where Billy decides to be a modest hero but proves too boastful, ultimately embarrassing himself at Greyfriars School; "Scamp—Our Happy Hound," a humorous strip in which Scamp tests the ice's safety and causes comedic chaos in the snow; and "Shorty—The Deputy Sheriff," where Shorty apprehends Cyril the sausage stealer. Additionally, the issue features "The Last of the Comanches" by Barry Ford, a Western adventure in which Red Hand and his men pursue an outlaw train, leading to a dramatic confrontation at a mountain pass.
